Here are some of the stories collected from the internet on this subject of Gynophagia which I have read. I've split this section into 2 parts, firstly for published books, novels, comics and the like. The other for stories gathered from related forums, search engines etc. As a guide when applicable, I included ratings (based on how well the story was written and how close it fulfils the gynophage's fantasies) and a brief synopsis, much like one would find on a movie review site, and though I'm sure tastes and opinion vary, these ratings reflect how well I think of the story and are open to debate, which I think is what we need. I took liberties in collecting these tales, so if you happen to be an author of one of these stories and would like them removed, please let me know and I'll do that immediately. On the flipside, if you know of any stories that I'd missed and one that you think that I should read and put up on this page, let me know.

UPDATE 15 Oct 2009: Here's the updated version of Pooka's Cafe du Femme novel, titled, Cannibal Cabaret. Lots of changes have been made to this novel which started out modestly as a cann fetish fiction, but has finally reached the quality level of mainstream literature. Highly recommended, even for those who have read this story before. Purchase the book here.

Synopsis:

With femme leftovers turning up around the city, the NYPD are at a loss. Then plucky exotic dancer, (and popular du Femme entrée) Traci Maxwell teams up with the police to track down the GK, and put an end to his culinary reign of terror. But can she stop the killer in time, before more girls are eaten, and Traci, herself, winds up a blue-plate special? For mature readers with a taste for the bizarre. Great social-satire, sumptuously illustrated. Bon appetit!

Novels, Books, Comics and other Published Literature

	Almuric by Robert E. Howard The creator of the classic Conan series comes up with a "Conan in Space" pulp novel, this time, the protagonist comes in the form of Esau Cairn, an Earthling who finds himself sent across space to the brutal planet of Almuric inhabited by primitive barbarian races and winged humanoids called the Yagas who loves capturing pretty females as slaves and food. Nice!
	The Big Book of Grimm by the Brothers Grimm and adapted by Jonathan Vankin A collection of uncensored R-rated Brothers Grimm stories. There's a good number of cannibal-related stories including the Juniper Tree, Fitcher's Bird, Hansel & Gretel, Red Riding Hood,The Mother-in-Law, but the highlight has to be the Robber Bridegroom which is reason enough to purchase this illustrated compilation.
	Cannibal Cult by Guy N. Smith The third book of the Sabat series by pulp writer, Smith, has a cannibal cult and their supernatural leader as the main antagonist. A couple of pretty good gynophagia scenes, though not as lengthy as the ones involving males, including horrified accounts of the crime recited during a trial and another scene at the end. Not to be missed by cannibal fetishists.
	A Cannibal in Manhattan by Tama Janowitz A rather self-indulgent novel from an Andy Warhol groupie about a jungle cannibal tribesman whisked away to New York by a pretty socialite to be 'educated' in the ways of the civilized world, but in turn we question which is the more civilized culture. The interesting part comes when he is tricked into consuming human flesh, but that's about it with this cold and misanthropical novel.
	Confessions of a Flesh Eater by David Madsen Hannibal Lecter meets Jean Baptiste Grenouille, Orlando Crispe purports the fine art of dining in its most spiritual and highly vulgar form. If you can bear the over-indulgence of homo-eroticism, this book does have a couple of good scenes involving female flesh. Surprisingly detailed and poetic in its graphic description of the culinary arts. Read this if you're not adverse to slogging through a whole lot of gay descriptions to get to a small dose of gynophagia.
	Farnham's Freehold by Robert A. Heinlein A family of unlikeable rednecks find themselves thrust into a post apocalyptic far future where the black race rule the world and the Caucasians are treated as slaves and... well... the obvious. Heinlein fans might love this controversial book but personally, I always seem to find myself impatient with his long-winded style of writing. Mind you, if you're patient enough, the good stuff's at the end.
	The Feeding by Leigh Clark A B-grade novel about people being eaten by monsters in a rural mountain town in California. Some chicks get knocked off. Lots of vivid description of gore and dismembered limbs, topped off by a pretty disturbing finale involving underaged kids. Don't say I didn't warn you.
	The Last Tuesday by Matthew Paul Dixon Murder and manipulation is rife in this unique psychological thriller. Raphael, a university student fantasizes of conducting the perfect murder, choosing his close friend as his first subject in a crime that is both shocking and delicious!
	Midnight Meat Train by Clive Barker This short story can be found in the 1st Volume of Clive Barker's Books of Blood Horror Collection. Although a confessed homosexual, Barker strikes a good balance of gynophagia and androphagia scenes. One of the best fiction written works on the subject, one not to be missed! *Note: At the time of review, this story is to be adapted into a Hollywood movie. Hopefully the scenes are as good as they are in the book.
	Off Season by Jack Ketchum Make sure you obtain the unexpurgated version of the story, as earlier publications have been censored, especially the good parts. I don't want to reveal too much but safe to say, this book doesn't hold back the violence. A controversial and disturbing book and highly recommended.
	Orlando Crispe's Flesh Eater's Cookbook by David Madsen A sequel to Confessions of a Flesh Eater. Orlando Crispe is at it again, this time, coming up with his own cookbook with excerpts from the earlier novel and some new chapters. Some recipes are innocent enough, but a select few does include some choice cuts of human fare. The female variety is not neglected, though rare and occasionally depicted in a not so appetizing light.
	Rings of Ice by Piers Anthony Another novel in the post-apocalyptic mould. This time a bunch of survivors trying to stay above water at one point find themselves in a food dilemma where some folks get eaten. Anthony saves the most descriptive scene for one of the female characters. Yay!
	Ritual by Graham Masterson A restaurant reviewer and his son meets strange cannibal cult. The premise is excellent and I would have given it two enthusiastic thumbs up if it weren't for the fact that the people eating here is a finger here, a small piece of stomach that ultimately the cannibalism aspect feels rather lightweight. Could be someone else's cup of tea but not mine. I like my cannibalism in all its grand violence and butchery.
	Saurian by William Schoell A forgettable monster novel about a prehistoric sea monster munching on some people. One highlight scene involves a lady skinny dipper a la Jaws.
	Sin City: The Hard Goodbye by Frank Miller Should be rather well-known by now so there's no need for any introduction. One of the villains, Kevin, eats the bodies and keeps the heads of hookers. Now that's right up my alley. Is it yours?
	The Specialist by Gordon Aalborg Quite a surprisingly relevant find. A perfectionist cannibal serial killer hunts pretty young ladies and an occassional overweight theatre director. A particularly vivid scene not to be missed early on, though the story somewhat fizzles out towards the end, to a strange ending anti-climatic enough for me to rummage through the back pages wondering whether there were any pages torn off. Nonetheless, a can't miss especially for the cannibal "connoisseurs".
	Through Darkest America by Neal Barrett Jr. In this post-apocalyptic classic sci-fi novel, Human-looking livestock are harvested for their meat. The "cannibalism" is not treated erotically, yet the story might be interesting enough for the slave & human cattle lovers.
	The Time Machine by H.G. Wells Who can forget the ravenous Morlocks and their favourite food, the Elois. In H.G. Well's book though (unlike the movies), the tasty Elois are basically androgynous after a millenia of complacency and luxury, making me think if it's possible to find a pretty transsexual tasty. Hmmm.... Naaaaah!
	Two Bottles of Relish by Lord Dunsany A neat short story by a legendary author. Murder mystery most foul. Actually, by placing this story on the list, I have pretty much given away the ending. Much of the cannibalism is implied and not shown. Still a great story for those who likes to have room for their imagination.
	Wake of the Werewolf by Geoffrey Caine A run of the mill werewolf pulp novel. A couple of good scenes in there, especially when the werewolves ambush a group of paired off campers, saving the best death scene for the choicest of ladies.

Affair, The by Menagerie

Stef, Viv, Bonnie... One by one, the girlfriends of Marc, Frank, Tom and Ralf had apparently disappeared without a trace, and soon, Marc's new girlfriend, Gretchen would find out how and why. Started strong, though pulling up a little short on the follow through. Still, another solid outing from Menagerie.

A rainforest biologist is captured by natives and prepared for the pot. Short, sweet, and a fairly formulaic read, recommended for its careful depiction of the victim's slow death by boiling.

Jane and Kelly tricks gullible Emily into becoming a 'turkey' for the company Thanksgiving party. It's all in good fun, though, or is it? A light hearted tale filled with deception and backstabbery.

Baked Goddess by Clemstra

A straightforward jungle themed tale, with our shipwrecked protagonist, Fran captured, prepared and plumped up for a jungle cannibal feast. But what stands out is that the elements of the story is more submissive and sexual in nature, focusing on the build-up but not so much on the "culinary" half of the fantasy, the eating. All in all, a story for the "eatees" not so much the "eaters", and somewhat a refreshing read from the XX-chromosome point of view.

Sally came to Chadd's Ford and found the hot tub particularly irresistable. Unfortunately for her, Steve, the hot-tub repairman also thinks of her the same way, and with some minor adjustments to the hot-tub... A decent read with not many surprises.

Not so much a story, but an instructional piece on how to butcher the human carcass. Discovered this classic piece of writing in the earlier days of the cannibal internet community in the mid 90's. A must read.

Lisa and her mother are captured by tribal cannibals. This lurid story doesn't pull any punches and transcends the jungle cannibal clichés in that the more mature victim actually gets the most brutal and the most delicious treatment.

A strange but hilarious tale where celebrities get robo-cloned, and their real selves are served on the dining table for a hi-tech secret society. A rather far-fetched story with crazy ideas, but that could be a good thing for some. I mean, how could one resist an opening line like "KABOOM! Tori Amos exploded." Still, a purposeful read for its uniqueness.

Chicks to Chickens by Danté

Young girls in their prime are kidnapped from a casino in Monte Carlo and are subject to the most brutal treatment by a secret society of cannibalistic upper-classes. A "Club X" tale to end all "Club X" tales. This story is so outrageous, descriptive and imaginative that I can't be helped but be impressed by this epic, despite some quite unecessary elements of coprophilia. A can't miss read for Dolcett fans if you can spare the time.

Halkorr, the Wench and Milady are caught in a snowstorm without food. Safe to say, one of them is going to end up as nourishment for the others, but who? This is an intriguing tale from a writer that shows much promise with well fleshed-out characters and decent enough storyline that could pass off as mainstream literature. A pity that the cannibal aspect of the writing wasn't expanded enough, though a good enough read for me to wish to see more from the author.

I can't remember where I found this story, but it was a very pleasant surprise to know that some good mainstream short stories out there do cater to our fantasies. This thriller follows Sarah, who found a used roll of 24 print film with some mysterious and unnerving pictures.

If you're a fan of extreme BDSM torture rife with many of the Dolcett themed stories, you might like this one.

Set in the 1970's, three African American women in the heart of Washington D.C. discovers the taste for human flesh. Though much is shown about the characters' backgrounds, not enough depth with the personalities makes it easy to interchange characters without affecting the storyline. Overall, a decent series for plumper fans with a good variety of the choice of victims and preparation methods.

This time, with their larder overstocked, the 3 ladies decide to share their secret diet with some unsuspecting guests at a reception, this time on a well-padded vegetarian hippie girl named Ariel.

The blackmailing bisexual Judy from Canadian Bacon makes a comeback after a brief hiatus. This time, her lean n' fit bed-mate, Mindy, turns provider for the four fem-cans.

"Deer" Hunt, The by TLeg Man

Young hunter has an obsession with his high-school english teacher. Much of the story revolves around necrophilia and cannibalism is only mentioned as an afterthought. Still, mildly interesting.

The rich take from the poor in the most ultimate form in this rather thought-provoking piece, from a writer who has one of the best descriptive narratives I've ever come across. I'm quite convinced that the author may be a professional writer in his public life. My only criticism is that it is quite devoid of sensualism which to me is an important ingredient in a fine cannibal story. Nonetheless, a must-read, especially for the description of the banquet.

Five American volunteers in Bangkok find out that the dark underbelly of the City of Sin hides a dark and gruesome secret giving a new meaning to the words, "flesh trade." The elements of the story touches on a common theme, but written in such a fresh and original style that I can't help but feel as if I was reading these kind of stories for the first time.

Feast of Purim, The by Grim Williams

This story follows the adventures of siblings, Esther and Guy, in a world where cannibalism is a commonplace occurrence. This long and epic tale needs a lot of patience to get used to and is hampered with a rather plodding and plain writing style. Only starts getting interesting around chapter 8 when we're introduced to Ruth.

Hitchhikers beware, for you might meet people like Eleanor and Edmond here. That was what poor Susan and Nancy found out. A pretty standard cannibal fare, but surprisingly erotic for such a simple read. My only problem was... what happened to Nancy?

Young Hope tries to stop hunters from killing innocent deer, but she accidentally gets caught in the crosshairs instead. It is a classic culture clash between PETA supporters and gun-lovers, and it doesn't take a genius to know who ends up on top, and who ends up on the menu.

Goblins abduct a young secretary camping alone out in the forest. A rather short tale with a fairly simple writing style and description of events. Still, the best goblin story out there, if not the only one. I also remember an illustrated version of this story lying around somewhere.

A Malunga warrior plays cat and mouse with a Tuli girl where the vanquished will end up as meat for the other's village. A highly mature and descriptive tale that is both sexy and rather realistic in its cannibalistic depictions.

This masterfully written piece on the fine art of gynophagia cuisine follows the experiences of Lord Ffilet and Roti de Femme. It is highlighted by one of the most ingenious cooking methods I have ever come across. Let's just say that it is something that would satisfy both vore and cannibal enthusiasts.

Lord Ffilet and Roti de Femme experiencing the forbidden tastes of the Orient. Whilst many stories focus on the sexual or butchering process of gynophagia and only mentions the eating in passing, this piece stands out in that he does the opposite, celebrating the victim in death with the author's amazing detail of the culinary descriptions which are both incredibly sexy and delicious.

One of the saddest stories I've come across, which makes me question how "evil" and sadistic my fantasies are since I actually found myself drawn to the horrible acts in the story. Read this and you'll know what I'm talking about.

This story had much potential but missed a lot of opportunities that kept it from being great. When things start getting juicy and interesting, it pulled itself back with the description.
